Original 1965 Vintage Corgi No. 261 "James Bond 007" Aston Martin DB5 taken from the film "Goldfinger" - gold body, red interior with "James Bond & Bandit" figures, wire wheels - overall condition is generally Good Plus to Excellent (couple of small marks on protruding edges) still a bright example that displays well in a very good, crisp blue and yellow carded picture box with excellent replacement inner pictorial stand and secret instruction pack. For Corgi 1965 was the year of the 261 James Bond Aston Martin. Offered here in gold it is the first of three models. It was designed with several gimmicks such as projecting rams and guns in front, a bullet shield, a passenger seat that ejects a plastic figure (baddie--flies out like a rocket) through a hatch in the roof.
